My biggest issue is actually the process.
It's very hard when you have to "gift" it and you have no idea whether people have got it or not, there is no feedback for me as a coach to know if they have completed it, or whether the report has been sent, etc.
As a coach, I want to control that process and the experience my clients have. Typically with other personality tests and psychometrics I use, I am able to send them from my dashboard as a coach and I get the report which I can check and then share with them.
For solo coaches, the process needs to be as smooth and painless as possible and so chasing up reports like I had to doesn't sit well.
